The BE-ICS-SAS (SCADA Applications and Service management) is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of SCADA applications, particularly those within ATS, developing and maintaining relevant tools and procedures, as needed. This includes producing SCADA applications tailored to user needs and managing the group’s support services, developing and maintaining necessary procedures and tooling.

The section plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operational support status on a weekly basis, and organizes the support lines and centralizes the group’s quality assurance management.
